Prime Contractor Agreement definition

Prime Contractor Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the City and the Contractor in Part C - Form of Tender attached as Schedule J;
Prime Contractor Agreement means the Prime Contractor Agreement between the Contractor and the Owner attached hereto as Exhibit “C” of Section “E” – ATTACHMENTS to be executed and delivered by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement;
Prime Contractor Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the City and the Contractor in the form and contents of Appendix A to Part D - Form of Agreement;

Examples of Prime Contractor Agreement in a sentence

  • The Company may at any time during the term of the Contract, and on written notice to the Prime Contractor, suspend, limit, or terminate any or all of the Prime Contractor’s obligations under this Prime Contractor Agreement, as solely determined by the Company.

  • If Canadian Natural elects to assign prime contractor responsibilities to Contractor, Canadian Natural shall notify Contractor in writing and the Parties shall enter into the Prime Contractor Agreement set out in Schedule G (Health, Safety and Environment).

  • The Contractor must adhere to the Company’s Corporate Management System to ensure environmental protection and the health and safety of its workers, Subcontractors and Other Contractors (i.e., under the Contractor’s responsibilities such as under Prime Contractor Agreement).

  • The Company designates the Prime Contractor and the Prime Contractor accepts the designation from the Company as the prime contractor (as defined in the Act) for all those multi- employer workplaces at which the Prime Contractor has accepted such responsibility on the Company’s Defined Area Safety Orientation Safety Release form(s) in use by the Company from time to time, and each such workplace shall be deemed a “Workplace” under this Prime Contractor Agreement.

  • The Company designates the Prime Contractor and the Prime Contractor accepts the designation from the Company as the prime contractor (as defined in the Act) for all those multi-employer workplaces at which the Prime Contractor has accepted such responsibility on the Company’s Defined Area Safety Orientation Safety Release form(s) in use by the Company from time to time, and each such workplace shall be deemed a “Workplace” under this Prime Contractor Agreement.

Related to Prime Contractor Agreement

  • Prime Contractor means, in relation to a multiple-employer workplace,

  • Prime Contract means the contract between LOCKHEED MARTIN and the U.S. Government or between LOCKHEED MARTIN and its higher-tier contractor who has a contract with the U.S. Government.

  • Vendor Agreement means any form of agreement or documentation provided by the Contractor, including without limitation, an on-line agreement, proposal, or invoice, whether made a part of the Agreement or effective or purporting to be effective outside of the Agreement.

  • Sub-Contractor means the person named in the Contract for any part of the works or any person to whom any part of the contract has been sublet by the contractor with the consent in writing of the Engineer-in-charge and will include the legal representatives, successors and permitted assigns of such persons.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.
