Prime Contract definition

Prime Contract means the contract between LOCKHEED MARTIN and the U.S. Government or between LOCKHEED MARTIN and its higher-tier contractor who has a contract with the U.S. Government.
Prime Contract as used in this clause, means a contract or contractual action entered into by the United States for the purpose of obtaining supplies, materials, equipment, or services of any kind.
Prime Contract means the contracting instrument issued to Buyer or Buyer’s higher tier customer by the U.S.G. for the acquisition of Products and/or Services.
