Prime Consultant means a Professional Engineer or Architect licensed under an enactment to practice the person’s profession in the Province of Prince Edward Island who is designated by the Owner as the person responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Work of all design Professionals or consultants involved in a project to ensure the overall plans and specifications meet the requirements of the Act, the Regulations, this Bylaw and the Codes.
