Prime Brokers definition

Prime Brokers means CIBC World Markets, which have been appointed to provide custodial services, margin lending, reporting and trade execution on behalf of the Fund, together with any replacement or additional entities appointed from time to time;
Prime Brokers means Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited and Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc or such other person, firm or corporation appointed and for the time being acting as a prime broker of the Fund.
Prime Brokers means Nomura International Plc, Barclays Capital Inc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International PLC. in their capacity as Prime Broker(s) of the Master Fund.
