Prime Borrowing definition

Prime Borrowing means a Borrowing comprised of one or more Prime Loans.
Prime Borrowing or "Canadian Prime Loan" or "Canadian Prime Borrowing").
Prime Borrowing if such Domestic Loans are Prime Loans.

  • The Applicable Rate on each Prime Borrowing shall change with each change in the Prime Rate, effective as of the opening of business on the Business Day of such change.

  • All prepayments shall be applied first to the Prime Borrowing Rate Amount and then to any LIBOR Borrowing Rate Amounts (in such order as Bank may determine in Bank's absolute discretion), and then to accrued interest.
