PRIMARY RESOURCE PERSON means any individual related or unrelated to a child who is determined by the Department and the Agency to be an actual or potential source of support, care or assistance for the child.

PRIMARY RESOURCE PERSON means any individual related or unrelated to a child who is determined by the Department and the Agency to be an actual or potential source of support, care or assistance for the child. QUALIFIED INDIVIDUAL (QI) means a trained professional who is a licensed clinician acting within their scope of practice who must have current or previous relevant experience in the child welfare field and who conducts the assessment required for a child in accordance with section 409-h of the Social Services Law. An individual functioning as a QI includes a licensed clinician who holds a professional clinical license, in accordance with 14 NYCRR 823.6, and/or a social work license in accordance with section 7704 of New York State Education Law in one of the following disciplines: physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, nurse practitioner, psychoanalyst, registered nurse, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, mental health counselor, master social worker or licensed creative arts therapist. Such individual must have at least two years of relevant experience in the child welfare field and have worked for or under contract with a child welfare program in their professional capacity as a licensed clinician for a minimum of two (2) years within the last fifteen (15) years. Such individual may not be an employee of the OCFS and may not have a direct role in case management or case planning decision-making authority for the child for whom such assessment is being conducted.

Related to PRIMARY RESOURCE PERSON

  • Primary Residence means an Insured’s fixed, permanent and main home for legal and tax purposes.

  • Eligible Renewable Energy Resource or “ERR” has the meaning set forth in California Public Utilities Code Section 399.12 and California Public Resources Code Section 25741, as either code provision is amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • Person-Centered Service Plan means the details of the supports, desired outcomes, activities, and resources required for an individual to achieve and maintain personal goals, health, and safety, as described in OAR 411-004-0030.

  • Person-centered planning means a process for planning and supporting the consumer receiving services that builds on the individual’s capacity to engage in activities that promote community life and that honors the consumer’s preferences, choices, and abilities. The person-centered planning process involves families, friends, and professionals as the consumer desires or requires.

  • Elderly person means a person 60 years of age or

  • Stinger-steered automobile or watercraft transporter means an automobile or watercraft transporter

  • Service Planning Team or “SPT” means a team who includes the Individual and/or the Individual’s identified support network, Contractor’s lead administrative staff supporting medical, behavioral and activity oversight called out in this Contract, Contractor’s Administrator or designee and ODHS Designee. The team is responsible for overseeing the Individual’s Service Plan and all other associated plans or services in this Contract.

  • Planned Financed Generation Capacity Resource means a Planned Generation Capacity Resource that, prior to August 7, 2015, has an effective Interconnection Service Agreement and has submitted to the Office of the Interconnection the appropriate certification attesting achievement of Financial Close.

  • Renewable energy resources means energy derived from solar, wind, geothermal, biomass, and hydroelectricity. A fuel cell using hydrogen derived from these eligible resources is also an eligible electric generation technology. Fossil and nuclear fuels and their derivatives are not eligible resources.

  • Proposing Person means (1) the Record Stockholder providing the notice of business proposed to be brought before an annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting, (2) the beneficial owner or beneficial owners, if different, on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made, and (3) any Associated Person on whose behalf the notice of business proposed to be brought before the annual meeting or nomination of persons for election to the Board at a stockholder meeting is made;

  • Generating Unit means one or more generating equipment combinations typically consisting of prime mover(s), electric generator(s), electric transformer(s), steam generator(s) and air emission control devices.

  • Individualized family service plan means a written plan for providing early intervention services to an eligible child and the child’s family.

  • Mobile food unit means a vehicle-mounted food service establishment designed to be readily movable.

  • Renewable energy resource means a resource that naturally replenishes over a human, not a geological, time frame and that is ultimately derived from solar power, water power, or wind power. Renewable energy resource does not include petroleum, nuclear, natural gas, or coal. A renewable energy resource comes from the sun or from thermal inertia of the earth and minimizes the output of toxic material in the conversion of the energy and includes, but is not limited to, all of the following:

  • corporate person means a company as defined in clause (20) of section 2 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), a limited liability partnership, as defined in clause (n) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (6 of 2009), or any other person incorporated with limited liability under any law for the time being in force but shall not include any financial service provider;

  • Presidential Primary Election means the election established in Chapter 9, Part

  • Performance Corridor means the acceptable range of results around a Performance Target.

  • Private Person means any person, firm, entity or individual who or which is other than a "governmental unit" as that term is used in Sections 141 and 148 of the Code.

  • Electric generating unit means an individual electric generator and its associated plant and apparatus whose electrical output is capable of being separately identified and metered. Emergency Condition shall mean a condition or situation: (1) that in the judgment of the Party making the claim is imminently likely to endanger life or property; or (2) that, in the case of the CAISO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the CAISO Controlled Grid or the electric systems of others to which the CAISO Controlled Grid is directly connected; (3) that, in the case of the Participating TO, is imminently likely (as determined in a non-discriminatory manner) to cause a material adverse effect on the security of, or damage to, the Participating TO’s Transmission System, Participating TO’s Interconnection Facilities, Distribution System, or the electric systems of others to which the Participating TO’s electric system is directly connected; or

  • Energy Resource means a generating facility that is not a Capacity Resource.

  • Nuclear reactor means any apparatus designed or used to sustain nuclear fission in a self-supporting chain reaction or to contain a critical mass of fissionable material.
