Primary Parties definition

Primary Parties means, collectively, Primary Purchaser and Primary Seller.
Primary Parties means Parties that share the individual watershed of a Great Lake or the St. Xxxxxxxx River that is affected by a particular AIS. Province means Ontario or Québec. Requesting Party means the Party requesting Mutual Aid. Resources means that which may be used to prevent the introduction or spread of AIS such as supplies, equipment, expertise or personnel. Waters of the Basin or Basin Water means the Great Lakes and St. Xxxxxxxx River and all streams, rivers, lakes, connecting channels and other bodies of water, including groundwater, physically located within the Basin.
