Primary Distribution Network definition

Primary Distribution Network means the network of pipes and other ancillary equipment that transfers Heat from the Energy Plant and Equipment to the relevant Connection Point and which will form part of the Heat Distribution Network as further detailed in the Heat Distribution Network Specification.
Primary Distribution Network. (PDN) means the distribution infrastructure owned by MGO for supplying electricity generated from the MRES to the consumers in the Mini- Grid area as per safety measures specified in the Act under Section 53 and technical standards in the implementation guidelines specified by CEA.
Primary Distribution Network means: the Initial Heat Distribution Network; and once Practically Complete, any Primary Distribution Network Extension(s).   • Not later than [fourteen (14)] days before the commencement of the Initial Commissioning of the Primary Distribution Network the Developer shall provide ESCo with the following information: installation drawings in pdf and AutoCAD format to reflect the status of the installation at that time; manufacturers’ testing and commissioning records; and method statements for the proposed testing for review.

  • Not later than [fourteen (14)] days before the commencement of the Final Commissioning of the Primary Distribution Network the Developer shall provide ESCo with the following information: updated installation drawings in pdf and AutoCAD format to reflect the status of the installation at that time; testing and commissioning records; and method statements for the proposed testing and commissioning for review.

  • For the purposes of setting quality standards early, ESCo shall undertake an Initial Inspection of the Primary Distribution Network and highlight where the Primary Distribution Network has Non-Conformities.

  • Not later than [seven (7)] days after the Final Commissioning of the Primary Distribution Network, ESCo shall provide a final Schedule of Non-Conformities to the Developer, clearly scheduling which elements of the Primary Distribution Network have Non-Conformities.

  • Remedial Action The Developer undertakes to carry out all of its obligations under the Rectification Plan and to xxxxx XXXx all access reasonably necessary for ESCo to inspect the Primary Distribution Network, to confirm that the Developers obligations under the Rectification Plan have been carried out to ESCo's reasonable satisfaction.
