Primary Currency definition

Primary Currency has the meaning specified in Section 9.11(c).
Primary Currency is defined in Section 12.15.
Primary Currency means each of the Euro, and the lawful currency of each of Japan, the United Kingdom and Canada.

More Definitions of Primary Currency

Primary Currency shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 12.21(c) hereof.
Primary Currency means (a) with respect to the U.S. Tranche, Dollars; (b) with respect to the Euro Tranche, Euro; and (c) with respect to each Supplemental Tranche, as set forth in the applicable Supplemental Addendum.
