Primary Cardmember definition

Primary Cardmember means the individual identified as the primary cardmember on the application for a Professional Card or a Personal Card;
Primary Cardmember means the person other than a Supplementary Cardmember who isissued a Primary Card and to whom the Card Account is first opened by the Bank.
Primary Cardmember is the person in whose name the Card Account has been opened and to whom the SBM Credilio Credit Card has been issued; (“You”)

Examples of Primary Cardmember in a sentence

  • The Primary Cardmember can cancel the use of Additional Card(s) by notifying the Bank in writing but, notwithstanding the same, the Primary Cardmember will remain liable for all charges fees incurred by use of the Additional Credit Card(s).

  • Every Supplementary Cardmember shall be jointly and severally liable with the Primary Cardmember for costs, for all Cash Transactions and Cash Advances obtained and all transactions generated by the use of the Primary Card as well as the Supplementary Card.

  • In the event the Supplementary Cardmember has been assigned a specific maximum Credit Limit by the Issuer in connection with the Supplementary Card, then, this in no way releases the Primary Cardmember from being fully liable to the Issuer for all debts incurred by the Supplementary Cardmember.

  • In the event we terminate these Additional Terms and Conditions for Scotiabank American Express Cardmembers for all Program Cards, the Primary Cardmember will be notified (in the same way we provide notice of other Terms and Conditions Changes as described above).

  • A Primary Scene+ Scotiabank Cardmember or Co-Borrower can redeem Scene+ Points online through the Program Site for a credit that will be applied to the Program Card Account, or through such other method as may be permitted, or we may from time to time send a Primary Cardmember or Co-Borrower an offer to redeem Scene+ Points for a credit.

  • The undertakings, liabilities and the obligations of the Primary Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember to the Issuer and the Issuer’s rights herein shall not be affected in any way by any dispute or counterclaim which the Primary Cardmember and the Supplementary Cardmember may have against each other.

  • The Terms and Conditions applicable herein to the Primary Cardmember shall apply mutatis mutandis (i.e. with the necessary changes) to the Supplementary Cardmember.


More Definitions of Primary Cardmember

Primary Cardmember means the person who applied for the opening of the Account and the issuance of a Card and in whose User ID the Account has been opened and to whom a Card has been issued under this Cardmember Agreement.

  • Cardmember means a person to whom a card is issued and includes the supplementary cardmember where the context requires;

  • RHS means the Rural Housing Service of the U.S. Department of Agriculture or any successor.

  • Reseller is a category of CLECs who purchase the use of Finished Services for the purpose of reselling those Telecommunications Services to their End User Customers.

  • DSHS means the Department of State Health Services.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.
