Primary Borrower definition

Primary Borrower is defined in the first paragraph hereof.
Primary Borrower means SEAL or another Borrower or a Person designated as an attorney-in-fact for the Borrowers designated as such from time to time by the Borrowers by written notice to the Administrative Agent.
