Pricing Plan means the terms and conditions and prices of the plan for the Service the Customer has selected in the Application.Regulator means the Australian Communications and Media Authority, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, or any other relevant government or statutory body or authority.Residential Grade Service means a service that does not carry a service level agreement, or a guarantee of uptime.
