Pricing Documents definition

Pricing Documents means the pricing document referred to in the Contract Agreement;
Pricing Documents. The set of drawings and specifications upon which the Guaranteed Maximum Price is established as enumerated in Exhibit 4.
Pricing Documents means any document(s) identified in the Sub-Contract Particulars, showing rates and prices.

Pricing Documents means the documents set out at Schedule 2 (Pricing Documents) of this Framework Agreement which detail the Framework Rates; "Prohibited Owner" means any entity which itself, or through any affiliate, fails to meet [the Association's] minimum requirements of financial standing and technical capability and/or where, in the reasonable opinion of [the Association], any contractual relationship between the Supplier and the relevant entity could have an adverse effect on the delivery and/or performance of the Services by the Supplier; "Project Participants" means any and all persons who are involved in the provision of Services under a specific Call-Off Contract and indicate their willingness to embrace and adhere to the principles of collaborative working envisaged in this Framework Agreement; "Regulations" means the Public Contracts Regulations 2006 (as amended); "SDSL" means the person named as Southern Development Services Limited at the beginning of this Framework Agreement and such person's successors in title or permitted assignees or transferees; "Services" has the meaning given to it in each Call-Off Contract; "SHOL" means the person named as Southern Home Ownership Limited at the beginning of this Framework Agreement and such person's successors in title or permitted assignees or transferees; “Specification” means Schedule 1 (Specification) of the Call Off Contract/s;

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Debt Financing Documents means the agreements, documents and certificates contemplated by the Debt Financing.

  • Underlying Documents means, together, the Contracts, the Refund Guarantees, the Supervision Agreements and the Management Agreements and “Underlying Document” means any of them.

  • Operating Documents are, for any Person, such Person’s formation documents, as certified by the Secretary of State (or equivalent agency) of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization on a date that is no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, and, (a) if such Person is a corporation, its bylaws in current form, (b) if such Person is a limited liability company, its limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement), and (c) if such Person is a partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar agreement), each of the foregoing with all current amendments or modifications thereto.

  • Refinancing Documents means each of the agreements, documents and instruments entered into in connection with the Refinancing.

  • Bidding Documents means the set of Bidding Documents that preceded the placement of the Contract of which these GCC form a part, which were sold or issued by the Purchaser to potential Bidders, and in which the specifications, terms and conditions of the proposed procurement were prescribed.

  • Formation Documents means, collectively, the Issuer LLC Agreement, the Issuer Certificate of Formation and any other document pursuant to which the Issuer is formed or governed, as each may be amended or supplemented from time to time.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Public Documents As defined in Section 4.02(a) of this Agreement.

  • Closing Documents means the papers, instruments and documents required to be executed and delivered at the Closing pursuant to this Agreement;

  • L/C Documents is defined in Section 3.4 hereof.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Restructuring Documents means, collectively, the documents and agreements (and the exhibits, schedules, annexes and supplements thereto) necessary to implement, or entered into in connection with, this Plan, including, without limitation, the Plan Supplement, the Exhibits, the Plan Schedules, the Amended/New Organizational Documents, the Exit Facility Loan Documents, and the Plan Securities and Documents.

  • Acquisition Documents means the Acquisition Agreement, all other agreements to be entered into between the Target or its Affiliates and Holdings or its Affiliates in connection with the Acquisition and all schedules, exhibits and annexes to each of the foregoing and all side letters, instruments and agreements affecting the terms of the foregoing or entered into in connection therewith.

  • Application Documents means collectively: (i) the grant application submitted by Grantee, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and attachments thereto; (ii) all documents, correspondence and other written materials submitted in respect of such grant application; and (iii) all amendments, modifications or supplements to any of the foregoing approved in writing by City.

  • Financing Document means any credit agreement, guarantee, financing or security agreement or other agreements or instruments governing indebtedness of the Company or any of the Company Subsidiaries.

  • Subordinated Documents means the Subordinated Note and any and all other documents, agreements, writings or instruments executed in connection therewith or pursuant thereto, in each case, as in effect on the date hereof and as amended, modified, restated or Refinanced in accordance with the terms hereof.

  • Operative Documents means the Purchase Agreement, the Indenture, the Trust Agreement, the Guarantee Agreement, the Notes and the Trust Securities.

  • LC Documents means the Letters of Credit and all applications, agreements and instruments relating to the Letters of Credit.

  • Supporting Documents means all documents and information reasonably requested by the Bank in connection with the opening and operation of any Account, the execution of any Transaction and the provision of any Related Service, including:
