Pricing Data definition

Pricing Data means information concerning prices, including profit, for materials, services or construction substantially similar to those being procured under a contract or subcontract. In this definition, “prices” refers to offered selling prices, historical selling prices or current selling prices of the items being purchased.
Pricing Data when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean all pricing data generated by the pricing engine integrated in our Online Trading Facility and fed to our Online Trading Facility on a real time/delayed/end of day/historical basis, specifying the market prices of the Supported Financial Instruments traded on our Online Trading Facility;
Pricing Data means pricing data generated by the pricing engine integrated in Electronic Trading Platforms and fed to the Electronic Trading Platforms on a real time/delayed/end of day/historical basis, specifying the market prices of the financial instruments traded on the Electronic Trading Platforms;

Examples of Pricing Data in a sentence

  • The subcontractor’s current, complete, and accurate certified cost or pricing data and Certificate of Current Cost or Pricing Data, if required by other contract provisions.

  • When you submit data pursuant to subparagraph (a), you shall (1) do so in accordance with the instructions appearing in Table 15-2 of 48 C.F.R.
