Pricing Completion Date definition

Pricing Completion Date means the date on which Tenant approves the Cost Proposal pursuant to Section 3.2 below. As used in this Work Letter, “Pricing Due Date” means September 30, 2010; provided, however, that the Pricing Due Date shall be extended by one day for each day, if any, by which the Pricing Completion Date is delayed by any failure of Landlord to comply with its obligations under this Section 2 or Sections 3.2 or 3.3.3 below.

Examples of Pricing Completion Date in a sentence

  • If the Participant fails to price any Raw Sugar allocated to this QSL Target Price Contract by the Pricing Completion Date then the remaining tonnage will be priced by QSL at the first market opportunity after the Pricing Completion Date.

  • The Pricing Completion Date for a relevant Season shall be the 15th calendar day of the month in which the Pricing Declaration Date for that Season falls.

  • As shown in clause 5.3, the Pricing Completion Date is unique for each ICE 11 Contract futures position.Where price orders made for an ICE 11 Contract futures position are not priced by the Pricing Completion Date for that futures position, the unpriced tonnage for that futures position will be priced at market prices on the basis of the futures exposure prior to the relevant ICE 11 Contract expiry, at QSL’s discretion.

Related to Pricing Completion Date

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Target Completion Date has the meaning given such term in Section 3.3(b).

  • The Completion Date means the date of completion of the Works as certified by the Employer’s Representative.

  • Completion Date means the date of completion of the Services by the Service Provider as certified by the Procuring Entity

  • Construction Completion Date means the date by which the overall development of the Project is completed in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and when the Construction Completion Certificate is issued by the Independent Engineer as per Article 14.1.

  • Scheduled Completion Date shall be the date set forth in Clause 10.3;

  • Final Completion Date means the date on which Final Completion occurs.

  • Project Completion Schedule means the progressive Project Milestones set forth in Schedule-J for completion of the Project Highway on or before the Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Outside Completion Date shall have the meaning assigned to such term in Section 6.3(d).

  • Project Completion means completion of the Redevelopment in accordance with this Agreement to the state where the whole of the Morley Shopping Centre, as so redeveloped, is capable of occupation for its intended purpose;

  • Substantial Completion Date means the required date for Substantial Completion of the Project. The Substantial Completion Date can be adjusted only by written Change Order.

  • Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date

  • Date of Completion with respect to a Project shall mean: (i) the date upon which such Project and all components thereof have been acquired or constructed and are capable of performing the functions for which they were intended, as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; or (ii) the date on which the Issuer determines, upon the recommendation of or in consultation with the Consulting Engineer, that it cannot complete such Project in a sound and economical manner within a reasonable period of time as evidenced by an Engineers’ Certificate filed with the Trustee and the Issuer; provided that in each case such certificate of the Consulting Engineer shall set forth the amount of all Costs of such Project which have theretofore been incurred, but which on the Date of Completion is or will be unpaid or unreimbursed.

  • Completion Schedule means the fulfilment of the Related Services by the Supplier in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Contract;

  • Final Completion means the date determined and certified by A/E and Owner on which the Work is fully and satisfactorily complete in accordance with the Contract.

  • Completion Period means the period starting from the date of issue of "Order" and required to complete the work in all respect.

  • COMPLETION TIME means the period by ‘date/month’ specified in the ‘Letter of Intent/Award’ or date mutually agreed upon for handing over of the intended scope of work, the erected equipment/plant which are found acceptable by the Engineer, being of required standard and conforming to the specifications of the Contract.

  • Commissioning Date means that date when construction of the contemplated Project is complete, and the Maintenance Term commences;

  • Billing Commencement Date means the earlier of:

  • Construction Completion means physical construction of a cleanup action component is complete.

  • Opening Date means the day on which we first authorize the opening of the facilities, Guest Rooms or services of the Hotel to the general public under the Brand.

  • Milestone Date means the date set against the relevant Milestone in the Implementation Plan;

  • Contract Date means the date set for bid opening or, if this is a negotiated contract or a modification, the effective date of this contract or modification.
