Prices definition

Prices includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;

Prices means the agreed Price(s) for the Goods to be purchased from the Supplier by Transnet, as detailed in the Schedule of Requirements, issued in accordance with this Agreement, as amended by mutual agreement between the Parties and in accordance with the terms and conditions in this Agreement from time to time;

• The County shall have no obligation to pay any sum in excess of the Fixed Prices and Total Contract Amount specified herein unless authorized by amendment in accordance with Articles C and P of the County Contract Terms and Conditions, which may require approval by the County Board of Supervisors.

Prices means the agreed upon payment and currency for Products and Services, including all applicable fees, payments and taxes, as specified in the relevant SOW and/or WA.
