The Price Per Dose for the Initial Europe Doses and Optional Doses shall equal the amount calculated pursuant to Sections 7.3, 7.4 and 10.3 of the APA, taking into account adjustments provided for therein.
Price Per Share shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.1.
Purchase Price Per Share means $0.01 per share, as may be adjusted from time to time in accordance with Section 5 or 6.
Exercise Price Per Share ; hereinafter "Exercise Price" means the exercise price with respect to all Shares acquired pursuant to each exercise of the Option).
Closing Price Per Share means, with respect to the Common Stock, for any day, (i) the last reported sale price regular way on the Nasdaq National Market or, (ii) if the Common Stock is not quoted on the Nasdaq National Market, the last reported sale price regular way per share or, in case no such reported sale takes place on such day, the average of the reported closing bid and asked prices regular way, in either case, on the principal national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is listed or admitted to trading, or (iii) if the Common Stock is not quoted on the Nasdaq National Market or listed or admitted to trading on any national securities exchange, the average of the closing bid prices in the over-the-counter market as furnished by any New York Stock Exchange member firm selected from time to time by the Company for that purpose.
The market price per share of the Company s ordinary shares” means the trading value of the Company’s shares divided by the number of ordinary shares which have been traded on the SET during 15 consecutive Business Days (trading days of the SET) prior to the calculation date.
Price Gap means the following:
Base Price means the price to be used as the basis for determining the Spread upon the exercise of an Appreciation Right.
Price means an amount of money tendered for goods or services, and includes all applicable taxes less all unconditional discounts;
SAR Price means the exercise price or conversion price of each share of Common Stock covered by a SAR, determined on the Date of Grant of the SAR.
Exercise Price means the initial exercise price or the adjusted exercise price, depending on the context.
The Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.
Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
ex-works price means the price paid for the product ex works to the manufacturer in the EU or in a SADC EPA State in whose undertaking the last working or processing is carried out, provided the price includes the value of all the materials used, minus any internal taxes paid which are, or may be, repaid when the product obtained is exported;
Contract Unit Price means the total price per unit charged to DLA Troop Support for a product delivered to DLA Troop Support’s customers. The Contract unit price consists of three components: delivered price plus distribution price less Government rebates and discounts. The unit price sum of the three component prices shall be rounded up or down as applicable, to the nearest cent to determine the final Contract unit price.
Price Schedule means the schedules or any part or individual schedule thereof, submitted by the Bidder with his Bid and forming a part of the Contract;
Grant Price means the price established at the time of grant of a SAR pursuant to Article 7, used to determine whether there is any payment due upon exercise of the SAR.
Option Exercise Price means the price at which a share of Common Stock may be purchased upon the exercise of an Option.
Option Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 9.36(b) hereof.
Unit Price Work means the Work, or a portion of the Work, paid for based on incremental units of measurement.
Option Price means the price at which a Share may be purchased by a Participant pursuant to an Option.
Base Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2.
SAFE Price means the price per share equal to (x) the Valuation Cap divided by (y) the Fully Diluted Capitalization.
Contract Purchase Price means the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase, development, construction or improvement of a Property or the amount of funds advanced with respect to a Mortgage, or the amount actually paid or allocated in respect of the purchase of other Assets, in each case exclusive of Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses, but in each case including any indebtedness assumed or incurred in respect of such Property.
Purchase Price Percentage has the meaning assigned to such term in the Pricing Side Letter.
Target Price means the estimated amount payable to the Contractor for the performance of the Work under a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Contract.
Warrant Exercise Price means $0.01 per share.
