Previous Loan Documents definition

Previous Loan Documents means and includes, collectively, (a) the Previous $50,000,000 Acquisition Loan, the Previous $50,000,000 Acquisition Note, and all other loan and security documents executed in connection therewith, (b) the Previous $30,000,000 Line of Credit Loan, the Previous $30,000,000 Line of Credit Note, and all loan and security documents executed in connection therewith, (c) the Previous $10,700,000 Term Loan, the Previous $10,700,000 Term Note, and all other loan and security documents executed in connection therewith, (d) the Forbearance Agreement dated June 1, 2005, and (e) the Forbearance Agreement (as amended) dated June 18, 2007.
Previous Loan Documents means all of those certain Loan Documents as defined in that certain Deed of Trust, dated October 15, 2013, as modified by the Modification of Deed of Trust, dated September 1, 2016 (as the same has been amended, assigned and supplemented prior to the date hereof), by and between Borrower and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company, a New York Corporation (“Previous Lender”), entered into in connection with that certain mortgage loan from Previous Lender to Borrower in the original principal amount of $200,000,000.00.
Previous Loan Documents means all of those certain Loan Documents as defined in that certain Loan Agreement, dated January 28, 2004 (as the same has been amended, assigned and supplemented prior to the date hereof), by and between Borrower and Eurohypo AG, a New York Branch (“Previous Lender”), entered into in connection with that certain mortgage loan from Previous Lender to Borrower in the original principal amount of $120,000,000.00.

Examples of Previous Loan Documents in a sentence

  • The "Coral Production Payment" (as defined in the Previous Loan Documents) must be paid off if either of the following conditions exist: (i) there exist lien rights against any property of a Borrower hereunder securing the Coral Production Payment or (ii) any Person, other than a Borrower, receives any proceeds of the Coral Production Payment.

  • A MONITORING PROGRAM WOULD BE IMPLEMENTED TO DETECT FURTHER MIGRATION OF CONTAMINANTS.

  • Recessions that follow the sequence of lending booms and banking crises are often more severe and long lasting than recessions which originate in the real sector.

More Definitions of Previous Loan Documents

Previous Loan Documents means and includes, collectively, (a) the Previous $50,000,000 Acquisition Loan and any loan documents executed in connection therewith, (b) the Previous $30,000,000 Line of Credit Loan and any loan documents executed in connection therewith, and (c) the Previous $10,7,000,000 Term Loan and any loan documents executed in connection therewith.
Previous Loan Documents means the Indian Loan Documents and the Coral Loan Documents.
Previous Loan Documents the "Loan Documents" as defined in the Previous Credit Agreements.
Previous Loan Documents means all documents, instruments, mortgages, notes and other agreements executed prior to the Closing Date in connection with the Previous Credit Agreement (as such documents, instruments, mortgages, notes and other agreements may have been amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified prior to the Closing Date); provided, however, that “Previous Loan Documents” shall not include the Previous Credit Agreement, the Previous Guaranty Agreement or any other documents, instruments, mortgages, notes or other agreements executed in connection with the Previous Credit Agreement that are being amended and restated as of the date hereof.

Related to Previous Loan Documents

  • Existing Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Existing Credit Agreement.

  • Original Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Original Credit Agreement.

  • Loan Documents means, collectively, this Agreement, any note or notes executed by Borrower, and any other document, instrument or agreement entered into in connection with this Agreement, all as amended or extended from time to time.

  • Term Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Term Loan Credit Agreement.

  • Existing Credit Documents means (a) the Existing Credit Agreement, (b) the promissory notes made by Borrower thereunder, and (c) all deeds of trust, mortgages, security agreements, and other documents, instruments or agreements executed and delivered in connection therewith by any Restricted Person, or any predecessor in interest to any Restricted Person.

  • Bridge Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Bridge Credit Agreement.

  • Senior Loan Documents means the loan agreement between Borrower and Senior Creditor and any other agreement, security agreement, document, promissory note, UCC financing statement, or instrument executed by Borrower in favor of Senior Creditor pursuant to or in connection with the Senior Debt or the loan agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended, modified, supplemented, extended, renewed, restated or replaced.

  • DIP Loan Documents means, collectively, the DIP Credit Agreement and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or entered into in connection therewith, including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, subordination agreements, fee letters, and other security documents.

  • Senior Credit Documents means the collective reference to the Credit Agreement, the notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Borrower Loan Documents shall have the meaning given such term in the Borrower Loan Agreement.

  • Revolving Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • ABL Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the ABL Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Documents mean the agreements, instruments, certificates or other documents at any time evidencing or otherwise relating to, governing or executed in connection with or as security for, a Loan, including without limitation notes, bonds, loan agreements, letter of credit applications, lease financing contracts, banker's acceptances, drafts, interest protection agreements, currency exchange agreements, repurchase agreements, reverse repurchase agreements, guarantees, deeds of trust, mortgages, assignments, security agreements, pledges, subordination or priority agreements, lien priority agreements, undertakings, security instruments, certificates, documents, legal opinions, participation agreements and intercreditor agreements, and all amendments, modifications, renewals, extensions, rearrangements, and substitutions with respect to any of the foregoing.

  • Second Lien Loan Documents means the Second Lien Credit Agreement and the other “Loan Documents” under and as defined in the Second Lien Credit Agreement, as each such document may be amended, renewed, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Prepetition Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the Prepetition Credit Agreement.

  • Credit Agreement Documents means the collective reference to any Credit Agreement, any notes issued pursuant thereto and the guarantees thereof, and the collateral documents relating thereto, as amended, supplemented, restated, renewed, refunded, replaced, restructured, repaid, refinanced or otherwise modified, in whole or in part, from time to time.

  • Required Loan Documents means, for each Loan Asset, originals (except as otherwise indicated) of the following documents or instruments, all as specified on the related Loan Asset Checklist:

  • Subordinate Loan Documents means the Subordinate Note, the Subordinate Mortgage, and all other documents at any time evidencing, securing, guaranteeing, or otherwise delivered in connection with the Subordinate Indebtedness.

  • Letter of Credit Documents means, with respect to any Letter of Credit, collectively, any application therefor and any other agreements, instruments, guarantees or other documents (whether general in application or applicable only to such Letter of Credit) governing or providing for (a) the rights and obligations of the parties concerned or at risk with respect to such Letter of Credit or (b) any collateral security for any of such obligations, each as the same may be modified and supplemented and in effect from time to time.

  • Subordinated Loan Documents means at any time the agreements and other documents then governing the Subordinated Indebtedness.

  • Financing Documents means collectively the documents evidencing Lenders’ commitment to finance the Project.

  • Revolving Credit Documents means the Revolving Credit Agreement and the Revolving Credit Collateral Documents.

  • Severed Loan Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.2(c) hereof.

  • Loan Agreements means any other loan agreements entered into by and between the Trust and one or more of the Borrowers pursuant to which the Trust will make Loans to such Borrowers from moneys on deposit in the Project Fund, excluding the Project Loan Account, financed with the proceeds of the Trust Bonds.

  • First Lien Loan Documents means the “Loan Documents” as defined in the First Lien Credit Agreement.
