Prevalent Language definition

Prevalent Language. Means a non-English language determined to be spoken by a significant number or percentage of potential enrollees and enrollees that are limited English proficient, as defined in 42 C.F.R. § 438.10(a).
Prevalent Language has the meaning assigned to it in 42 C.F.R. § 438.10, and means a non-English language determined to be spoken by a significant number or percentage of potential Members and Members that are Limited English Proficient.
