Prevailing Wage Requirements and “Prevailing Wage Provision” means the requirements of the Authority set forth in the Authority Regulations and any other prevailing wage requirements of the Authority from time to time announced, as the same may from time to time be revised, amended or supplemented.

Prevailing Wage Requirements means the prevailing wage requirements established by the Code and the U.S. Department of Labor, including without limitation those contained in Section 45(b)(7) of the Code and the Treasury Regulations and any other administrative guidance promulgated thereunder, so that the Project qualifies for the increased tax benefits under the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022.
