Pretax Net Income definition

Pretax Net Income means net profit (or loss) before taxes of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, on a consolidated basis, determined in accordance with GAAP.
Pretax Net Income is defined in Section 6.5.

Pretax Net Income means the Company’s Net Income before federal income taxes are subtracted.
