President of the Tribunal definition

President of the Tribunal means the President of that court exclusively, ‘President’ meaning the president of the formation of the court;
President of the Tribunal means a President of the Tribunal appointed in terms of section
President of the Tribunal means the President of the European Union Civil Service Tribunal.

Examples of President of the Tribunal in a sentence

  • In the event that two or more claims that have been submitted separately under this Section have a question of law or fact in common and arise out of the same events and circumstances, the respondent may submit to the President of the Tribunal a request for the consolidated consideration of all such claims or part of them.

  • If a disputing party has received or is receiving third party funding, or has arranged to receive third party funding, the disputing party benefiting from it shall disclose to the other disputing party and to the division of the Tribunal, or where the division of the Tribunal is not established, to the President of the Tribunal, the name and address of the third party funder, and where applicable, ultimate beneficial owner and corporate structure.

For the purpose of the contract, the “Chief Probation Officer” acts as the contract administrator on behalf of the Director of the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
