Preserve System definition

Preserve System means the land acquired and dedicated in perpetuity through either a fee interest or conservation easement intended to meet the preservation, conservation, enhancement and restoration objectives of the HCP/NCCP.
Preserve System means the Preserve System set forth in the Conservation Plan.
