Preservation Requirements definition

Preservation Requirements means the requirements of Chapter 1 of Part 4 of the 1993 Act relating to the preservation of benefits under occupational pension schemes;

More Definitions of Preservation Requirements

Preservation Requirements means the provisions of Chapters I, II and III Part IV 1993 Act relating to the rights of a Former Member on termination of his Membership.
