Presentation Materials means the written materials, in the agreed form, used by the Company in presentations to shareholders and institutional investors in connection with the Rights Issue and/or the Acquisition;
Presentation Materials means a paper, summary, hand-out, poster, power-point, video or other written or visual material supplied by You as an accompaniment to Your Presentation.

Presentation Materials means any written materials to be used by the Company in presentations to institutional investors in connection with the Rights Issue;
