Present Value of Taxes means for any Assessor's Parcel the present value of (i) the unpaid portion, if any, of the Special Tax applicable to such Assessor's Parcel in the current Fiscal Year and (ii) the Annual Special Taxes expected to be levied on such Assessor's Parcel in each remaining Fiscal Year, as determined by the Board, until the termination date specified in Section J.
