Parties present and voting means Parties present and casting an affirmative or negative vote.
e-voting means voting using either the internet, telephone or text message; “e-voting information” has the meaning set out in rule 24.2;
Voting booth or “booth” means that booth or enclosure wherein an elector casts his or her ballot for tabulation by an electronic or electromechanical device.
Vote ’ means one of the main segments into which a budget of a municipality is divided for the appropriation of funds for the different departments or functional areas of the municipality; and which specifies the total amount that is appropriated for the purposes of the department or functional area concerned.

As of any date of determination, (a) 1% of all Voting Rights shall be allocated to each Class of Notional Amount Certificates, if any (such Voting Rights to be allocated among the holders of Certificates of each such Class in accordance with their respective Percentage Interests), and (b) the remaining Voting Rights (or 100% of the Voting Rights if there is no Class of Notional Amount Certificates) shall be allocated among Holders of the remaining Classes of Certificates in proportion to the Certificate Balances of their respective Certificates on such date.
Voting precinct means the smallest voting unit established as provided by law
Registered voter means any person who is maintained on the Virginia voter registration system. All
Votes means the number of votes entitled to be cast generally in the election of Directors.

Start of construction means the date the development permit was issued, provided the actual start of construction, repair, reconstruction, or improvement was within 180 days of the permit date. (Permanent construction does not include initial land preparation, such as clearing, grading and filling; nor does it include the installation of streets and/or walkways; nor does it include excavation for a basement, footings, piers or foundations or the erection of temporary forms; nor does it include the installation on the property of buildings appurtenant to the permitted structure, such as garages or sheds not occupied as dwelling units or part of the main structure. (NOTE: accessory structures are NOT exempt from any ordinance requirements) For a substantial improvement, the actual start of construction means the first alteration of any wall, ceiling, floor, or other structural part of a building, whether or not that alteration affects the external dimensions of the building.
proxies (as such terms are used in the proxy rules of the SEC) to vote, or seek to advise or influence any Person with respect to the voting of, any Voting Securities of the Company;
ballot box means the locked and sealed container in which ballots are deposited by eligible electors. The term includes the container in which ballots are transferred from a polling location to the office of the designated election official and the transfer case in which electronic ballot cards and paper tapes and the "prom" or any other electronic tabulation device are sealed by election judges for transfer to the central counting center.
Voting Trust Agreement means the Voting Trust Agreement entered into ---------------------- as of April 15, 1996 by and among Xxxxxx X. Xxxx; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; Xxxxx X. Xxxx, Xx.; and F. Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx as the Voting Trustees and the stockholders of LSAI Holding Corp. who are parties thereto.
