Prepayments definition

Prepayments means any moneys which shall be paid to the Issuer prior to the time such amounts become due. Prepayments shall not include any interest paid on such moneys.

  • Prepayments shall be accompanied by (i) accrued interest to the extent required by Section 2.13 and (ii) break funding payments pursuant to Section 2.16.

Prepayments or other similar financial or monetary terms, are references to currency of the United States of America.
