Examples of Prepayment Price in a sentence
If notice of prepayment has been duly given as aforesaid, and money sufficient for the payment of the Prepayment Price is held by the Trustee, the Certificates so called for prepayment shall, on the Prepayment Date designated in such notice, become due and payable at the Prepayment Price specified in such notice.
The Principal Component at the Prepayment Price (and related payments of the Interest Component, if any) shall be used to pay the Prepayment Price evidenced and represented by Certificates prepaid on a Prepayment Date pursuant to Section 4.01.
This Trust Agreement shall be a contract between the Trustee and the Owners to secure the payment of the principal, Prepayment Price, if any, and interest evidenced and represented by the Certificates delivered hereunder, and all covenants and terms to be observed or performed by or on behalf of the Trustee shall be for the equal benefit and security of all Owners without preference or priority as to security or otherwise of any Certificates over any other Certificates, except as expressly provided herein.
From and after such date interest on the Certificates so called for prepayment shall cease to accrue, such Certificates shall cease to be entitled to any lien, benefit or security hereunder or under the applicable Master Financing Agreement, and the Owners of such Certificates shall have no rights in respect thereof except to receive payment of the Prepayment Price evidenced thereby, which money is hereby pledged to such payment.
The Principal Component or Prepayment Price shall be payable upon presentation and surrender of such Certificates by the Owners to the Trustee.
