PREPAYMENT CERTIFICATE definition

PREPAYMENT CERTIFICATE shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 2.2 below;
PREPAYMENT CERTIFICATE means the Prepayment Certificate described in Section 3.1 of the Depository Agreement.
