Preparedness Plan definition

Preparedness Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.G of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, setting out the operational procedures to respond to and contain a Food Insecurity Crisis.
Preparedness Plan means the plan referred to in Section I.G.5 of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, setting out the operational procedures to respond to and contain an Eligible ERF Event.
Preparedness Plan means the Recipient’s plan to be prepared and adopted in a manner acceptable to the Association, setting out the operational procedures to respond to and contain a Food Insecurity Crisis.

Related to Preparedness Plan

  • Preparedness means any activity taken in advance of an emergency or disaster that improves emergency readiness posture and develops or expands operational capabilities. Examples of preparedness activities include, but are not limited to, continuity of government, emergency alert and warning systems, emergency communications, emergency operations centers, comprehensive countywide emergency operations plans, emergency public information materials, exercise of plans and systems, hazard analysis, mutual aid agreements, resource management, and the training and equipping of personnel.

  • Budget means a resource, expressed in financial terms, proposed by the Board for the purpose of carrying out, for a specific period, any or all of the functions of the Trust.

  • Business Plan means the information required to be supplied to the

  • Redevelopment Plan means the “Lincoln Center Redevelopment Plan” passed, adopted and approved by the City pursuant to the Resolution, and shall include any amendment of said Redevelopment Plan heretofore or hereafter made by the City pursuant to law.

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Operational Manual means the manual referred to in Section 3.03 of this Agreement;

  • Budgets has the meaning set forth in Section 2.12(b).

  • Timeline means the list of critical dates and actions included in the Introductory Materials.

  • Development Budget shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.

  • Project Implementation Manual or “PIM” means the manual setting out the measures required for the implementation of the Project, as the same may be amended from time to time, subject to prior approval of the Association;

  • Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Demonstration project means one of the following projects:

  • Project Management Plan means the management plan that (i) sets out a high level workplan to describe the manner in which the Design-Builder will manage the Project, including to address related matters such as traffic management and communications, and (ii) is prepared by or for the Design-Builder and submitted to the Owner;

  • Remedial Plan has the meaning given to it in paragraph 1.2(b) of Schedule 10.1 (Remedial Plans and Remedial Agreements);

  • Recovery Plan means a recovery plan drawn up and maintained by an institution in accordance with Article 5;

  • Test Plan means a plan for the Testing of the or Deliverables and other agreed criteria related to the achievement of Milestones as described further in paragraph 4 of Call Off Schedule 4;

  • Stormwater management plan means the set of drawings and other documents that comprise all the information and specifications for the programs, drainage systems, structures, BMPs, concepts and techniques intended to maintain or restore quality and quantity of stormwater runoff to pre-development levels.

  • Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.

  • Timelines means the dates set out in Appendix 2 hereto as may be amended by agreement between the Parties and Timeline shall mean any one of such dates.

  • Emergency Load Response Program means the program by which Curtailment Service Providers may be compensated by PJM for Demand Resources that will reduce load when dispatched by PJM during emergency conditions, and is described in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 8 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 8. Energy Efficiency Resource: “Energy Efficiency Resource” shall have the meaning specified in the PJM Reliability Assurance Agreement. Energy Market Opportunity Cost:

  • Research Budget has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • Remedial Action Plan has the meaning provided in Section 3.9(c)(ii).
