The Hospital will continue its policy of paid parking and prior to any changes in rates to reflect changes in costs of providing parking services, the proposed changes will be discusses at the Fiscal Advisory Committee. It is understood that the Association has the right to grieve should such rates change. X X nurse who has been injured as a result of violent or aggressive behaviour while performing her work will submit a written report to the hospital within three (3) days of such incident. The nurse, or the hospital with the nurse's consent, will provide the Association with a copy of her written report. The Hospital will consider requests for reimbursement for damages incurred as a result of such incident. The reimbursement will be limited to the uniform, eye-wear and personal clothing (where authorized to wear such).

  • Intermittent Leave means leave taken in separate blocks of time due to a single qualifying reason.

  • Leave means authorized absence from duty by an employee during his or her regular or normal hours of work;

  • Bad Leaver means, unless otherwise specified herein, (i) the Owner's ceasing to be a member of the executive management or an employee of the Company or a subsidiary due to the Owner being dismissed because of the Owner's breach of the employment relationship or (ii) the Owner's ceasing to be an employee of the Company or a subsidiary due to being dismissed during the probationary period applicable to the Owner or not being offered continuous employment after the expiry of the probationary period applicable to the Owner. The Owner’s employment shall in case of dismissal be deemed ceased at the time the notice of termination served by the Company or a subsidiary to the Owner expires.

  • Prepaid Rent means any payment of money to the landlord for a rent obligation not yet

  • Parental leave means leave to bond and to care for a newborn child after birth or to bond and care for a child after placement for adoption or xxxxxx care, for a period of up to sixteen (16) weeks after the birth or placement.

  • Current Sick Leave means those days of sick leave for the current contract year, which leave is granted at the rate of one day of sick leave per month worked, or major part thereof.

  • Prepaid wireless calling service means a telecommunications service that provides the right to utilize mobile wireless service as well as other non-telecommunications services, including the download of digital products delivered electronically, content and ancillary services, which must be paid for in advance that is sold in predetermined units or dollars of which the number declines with use in a known amount.

  • Prepaid Expenses has the meaning set forth in Section 1.2(f).
