Premiums Receivable definition

Premiums Receivable means, with respect to the Company, the aggregate of all Premiums receivable (including any due and deferred premiums) with respect to the Reinsured Contracts, determined in accordance with Applicable SAP and appropriately includable on lines 15 and 16 of the Assets page of the NAIC Annual Statement Blank or in comparable line items in successor NAIC annual statement blanks.

The approvals of Account Debtors and Accounts shall be for Bank purposes only and shall not constitute any representation by Bank as to the credit worthiness of any such Account Debtor or the advisability or profitability of doing business with such Account Debtor.

  • Settlement Receivable means any general intangible, payment intangible, or instrument representing or reflecting an obligation to make payments to or for the benefit of a Person in consideration for a Settlement made or arranged, or to be made or arranged, by such Person.
