Premium Termination Date definition

Premium Termination Date. With respect to the Series A Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series A Certificates, with respect to the Series B Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series B Certificates and with respect to the Series C Certificates, the scheduled maturity date of the Series C Certificates.
Premium Termination Date. With respect to the Series A Certificates, December 27, 2011, with respect to the Series B Certificates, February 5, 2010 and with respect to the Series C Certificates, March 22, 2007.
Premium Termination Date means August 22, 2008 in the case of the Series A Equipment Notes, April 30, 2004 in the case of the Series B Equipment Notes and February 16, 2002 in the case of the Series C Equipment Notes.
