Premium Class definition

Premium Class means First Class or Business Class.
Premium Class the "Institutional Class" and "Investment Class" Shares. The Shares of such Sub-Trusts and any Shares of any further Sub-Trusts that may from time to time be established and designated by the Trustees shall (unless the Trustees otherwise determine with respect to some further Sub-Trust at the time of establishing and designating the same) have the following relative rights and preferences:"

Examples of Premium Class in a sentence

  • Should another class of service be introduced on these aircraft or should either of the current two (2) classes of service be significantly upgraded (such as Premium Class), the company will enter into discussion with the union about crew complement, and failing resolution of the issue will add the same number of cabin crew members to the aircraft crew complement as are added to other flights.

Related to Premium Class

  • Initial Class Principal Balance As set forth in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Original Class B Principal Balance The sum of the Original Class B-1 Principal Balance, Original Class B-2 Principal Balance, Original Class B-3 Principal Balance, Original Class B-4 Principal Balance, Original Class B-5 Principal Balance and Original Class B-6 Principal Balance, as set forth in Section 11.14.

  • Original Class Certificate Principal Balance With respect to the Class A Certificates, the Mezzanine Certificates, the Class C Certificates and the Class P Certificates, the corresponding amounts set forth opposite such Class above in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Subordinate Class Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date and any Class of Subordinate Certificates, a fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is the aggregate Certificate Principal Balance of such Class of Subordinate Certificates immediately prior to such date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all of the Mortgage Loans (or related REO Properties) (other than the related Discount Fraction of each Discount Mortgage Loan) immediately prior to such Distribution Date.

  • Class Principal Balance With respect to any Class and as to any date of determination, the aggregate of the Certificate Balances of all Certificates of such Class as of such date.

  • Net Aggregate Prepayment Interest Shortfall With respect to any Distribution Date, the amount, if any, by which (a) the aggregate of all Prepayment Interest Shortfalls incurred in connection with the receipt of Principal Prepayments on the Mortgage Loans during the related Due Period, exceeds (b) the aggregate amount deposited by the Master Servicer in the Certificate Account for such Distribution Date pursuant to Section 3.19 in connection with such Prepayment Interest Shortfalls.

  • Subordinate Certificates As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class B Interest Shortfall shall have the meaning specified in subsection 4.02(b).
