Premium and Promotional Items definition

Premium and Promotional Items means all items, including clothing, memorabilia and novelties, used to display the Licensed Marks for the purpose of promoting the awareness, sale or image of the Sprint PCS Products and Services; provided, however, that Premium and Promotional Items does not include marketing and advertising materials prepared by Licensee that are subject to the Marketing Communications Guidelines (e.g. printed materials such as xxxx stuffers, brochures and similar materials).
Premium and Promotional Items means all items, including clothing, memorabilia and novelties, used to display the Licensed Marks for the purpose of promoting the awareness, sale or image of the Sprint PCS Products and Services; provided, however, that Premium and Promotional Items does not include marketing and advertising materials prepared by Licensee that are subject to the Marketing Communications Guidelines (e.g. printed materials such as bill xxxffers, brochures and similar materials).

  • Such Quality Standards are designed to ensure that the quality of the Sprint PCS Products and Services and Premium and Promotional Items marketed, promoted, advertised, distributed, leased and sold under the Licensed Marks are consistent with the high reputation of the Licensed Marks and are in conformity with applicable Laws.

  • Licensee is not permitted to make any use of the Licensed Marks in connection with products or services other than the Sprint PCS Products and Services, and as specifically authorized in Sections 1.1(b) above with respect to Related Equipment and Premium and Promotional Items, nor to make any use of the Licensed Marks directed outside of the Service Area.

Related to Premium and Promotional Items

  • Promotional Material means all material used in the promotion of, or otherwise in connection with, the Business (whether written or recorded in any other medium) and includes artwork, advertising materials (irrespective of the medium in which they are recorded), display materials, packaging materials, brochures, posters and internal and external signage.

  • Promotional Materials means all sales representative training materials and all written, printed, graphic, electronic, audio or video matter, including, without limitation, journal advertisements, sales visual aids, formulary binders, reprints, direct mail, direct-to-consumer advertising, internet postings and sites and broadcast advertisements intended for use or used by either Party or its Affiliates or sublicensees in connection with any promotion of a Product.

  • Peer-reviewed medical literature means a published scientific study in a journal or other publication in which original manuscripts have been published only after having been critically reviewed for scientific accuracy, validity and reliability by unbiased independent experts, and that has been determined by the international committee of medical journal editors to have met the uniform requirements for manuscripts submitted to biomedical journals. Peer-reviewed medical literature does not include publications or supplements to publications that are sponsored to a significant extent by a pharmaceutical manufacturing company or health carrier.

  • Training Materials means any and all materials, documentation, notebooks, forms, diagrams, manuals and other written materials and tangible objects, describing how to maintain the Facilities, including any corrections, improvements and enhancements thereto to the Bloom Systems which are delivered by Operator to Owner, but excluding any data and reports delivered to Owner.

  • Customer Content means all software, data (including personal data), information, text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-AVEVA or third-party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by Customer, any of Customer’s users, or on behalf of Customer that is stored in, or run on or through, the Products and Support Services.

  • Privacy Shield means the European Union (EU) -U.S. and Switzerland – U.S. Privacy Shield frameworks.

  • safety standard means the Code of Practice for the Wiring of Premises SANS 10142-1 incorporated in the Regulations;

  • Custom Calling Features means a set of Telecommunications Service features available to residential and single-line business customers including call-waiting, call-forwarding and three-party calling.

  • Brand Features means the trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features of each party, respectively, as secured by such party from time to time.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • functionality means the ability of a tenderer to provide goods or services in accordance with specifications as set out in the tender documents.

  • Safety Standards means all laws, union rules and trade or industry custom or codes of any kind whatsoever, in effect from the date of this Agreement through Final Acceptance of the construction work, pertaining to worker safety and accident prevention applicable to the Project and/or the construction work (including, but not limited to, rules, regulations and standards adopted pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, as amended from time to time).

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.
