Owner’s Use of Site and Premises: Owner reserves the right to occupy and to place and install equipment in completed areas of buildings and site, prior to Substantial Completion, provided that such occupancy does not interfere with completion of the Work.
During the Agreement Term and any period of Manager's fixturing or construction in the Premises, Owner shall have the right to physically inspect, and to cause one or more engineers or other representatives of Owner to physically inspect, the Premises, as long as the same does not substantially interfere with Manager's operation of or construction activities on the Premises.
