Examples of Premises B in a sentence
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said Premises B above described together with the improvements thereon erected, hereditaments and premises hereby granted, or mentioned and intended so to be, with the appurtenances, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, to and for the only proper use and behalf of the Grantee, its successors and assigns forever, WITHOUT WARRANTY.
Exhibits A (Outline of Premises), B (Work Letter Agreement), C (Rules and Regulations), D (Guaranty) and E (Suite Acceptance Letter) are incorporated into this Lease by reference and made a part hereof.
Work Allowance for Subleased Premises B will be paid in accordance with Paragraph 10.
A - Premises B - Estoppel Certificate The Defined Terms set forth above and the Exhibits attached hereto are incorporated into and made a part of the following Lease.
Sublessee has requested and Sublessor has agreed that on or before the Expansion Date, Sublessor shall oversee and complete the installation of a fire-rated corridor connecting Subleased Premises B to Subleased Premises A (as more particularly described on Exhibit “E” attached hereto and made a part hereof) and otherwise demise the Subleased Premises to Sublessee at Sublessor’s sole cost and expense subject to all applicable codes and regulations (the “Demising Work”).
