Premises definition

Premises means the location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Specification.
Premises means the area defined in the Premises Map in Schedule 1 and listed as the Premises address on page 1 of the Licence;
Premises means the location where the Goods are to be delivered or the Services are to be provided.

  • Unless the Parties otherwise agree, it will not renew, extend, modify or enter into any new contracts or agreements affecting the Premises which are not terminable on thirty (30) days written notice without payment of any fee or other amount or which could survive exercise of the Option.

  • No person has any claim to a prescriptive easement, implied dedication or other type of claim pertaining to the use, occupancy or ownership of the Premises, any portion of the Premises, or any right in or to the Premises.


More Definitions of Premises

Premises means a dwelling unit and the structure of which it is a part and facilities and appurtenances therein and grounds, areas and facilities held out for the use of tenants generally or whose use is promised to the tenant.
