Preliminary Title Commitment definition

Preliminary Title Commitment means the Preliminary Title Commitment of the Title Insurer, Commitment Number 04-3706-11653MS, dated effective as of February 25, 2005, issued in the name of Seller, and attached hereto as Schedule 1.1D.
Preliminary Title Commitment means the Preliminary Title Commitment of the Title Insurer, dated March 9, 2005 and issued in the name of Seller, true, correct and complete copies of which have been delivered to Purchaser prior to the Effective Date.
Preliminary Title Commitment means the preliminary title insurance commitment relating to the Generation Facility as described in Schedule 1.1I, copies of which have been delivered or made available to each Purchaser prior to the Effective Date.

More Definitions of Preliminary Title Commitment

Preliminary Title Commitment means the title insurance commitment, dated March 1, 2010 issued by the Title Company, Title NO. 10-7406-22319-NYM.
Preliminary Title Commitment means a title commitment to issue an owner’s policy of title insurance with respect to the Owned Real Estate naming Buyer as the insured on a current ALTA form in blank amount issued by a title company licensed to do business in Wisconsin showing title to the Owned Real Estate vested in Seller with an effective date no more than fifteen days prior to the date hereof, together with copies of all documents listed as exceptions to title (the “Preliminary Title Commitment”).

  • Preliminary Title Report A report issued by a title insurance company in anticipation of issuing a Title Insurance policy which evidences existing liens and gives a preliminary opinion as to the absence of any encumbrance on title to a Mortgaged Property, except liens to be removed on or before purchase or refinance, as the case may be, by the Borrower and Permitted Encumbrances.

  • Survey means a survey of the Property prepared by a surveyor licensed in the State and satisfactory to Lender and the company or companies issuing the Title Insurance Policy, and containing a certification of such surveyor satisfactory to Lender.

  • Preliminary Work means all work done in the concept and preparatory stages (including non-exhaustively design, artwork, colour matching).

  • Preliminary Purchase Price has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02.

  • Draft Closing Statement means a draft closing statement, prepared by Seller, as of the close of business of the third (3rd) business day preceding the Closing Date setting forth an estimated calculation of both the Purchase Price and the Estimated Payment Amount.

  • Record of survey map means a map of a survey of land prepared in accordance with Section 10-9a-603, 17-23-17, 17-27a-603, or 57-8-13.

  • Title Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.

  • Seller's Closing Certificate means the certificate of Seller in the form of Exhibit C attached hereto.
