Preliminary Specifications definition

Preliminary Specifications as used herein shall mean an initial statement of design and function to be performed by Product as shown in Exhibit C.

Preliminary Specifications means those preliminary specifications for construction of the Base Building Improvements categorized as "Base Building" and more particularly described on the attached Schedule A-1.

Preliminary Specifications means the preliminary specifications for the Facility as set forth on Schedule F to the Site Lease.

More Definitions of Preliminary Specifications

Preliminary Specifications means the preliminary functional specifications for the Product that set forth in Annex-B.
