Within ( ) days after the Effective Date, Landlord shall provide School a copy of the final plans and specifications based on the Preliminary Plans ("Final Plans").
Purchaser acknowledges that the Preliminary Plans are not the final working drawings for the Building or the Townhome and that the Plans may vary from the Preliminary Plans in minor respects, including, but not limited to, changes to the exterior design of and materials used in the Building and changes in the design or configuration of the common areas.
