Examples of Preliminary Period in a sentence
The reviewed Licence Fee will apply for a 12 month period on and from the anniversary of the end of the Preliminary Period to which the review relates.
The Licensee shall pay the Minimum Licence Fee (plus GST) for the Preliminary Period, and the Licence Fee (plus GST) for the remainder of the term of the Licence.
If an Order for Made-to-Order components is accepted by Gables, then the Customer may cancel the Order during the Preliminary Period if it does so in writing and pays a cancellation fee of 30% of the total anticipated charge for the Order (less shipping charges).
The parties will review the Licence Fee payable within 30 days after the anniversary of the end of the Preliminary Period, and annually thereafter.
For Orders that are not Made-to- Order, the Preliminary Period ends at the Time and Date of the Order.
