Preferred Vendor definition

Preferred Vendor means a Major Subcontractor who provides or arranges for the delivery of a substantial portion of a Covered Service(s) to the CONTRACTOR’s membership. Premium means an amount to be paid to the CONTRACTOR by a Member for a specified period of time for Covered Services.
