Preferred Share Purchase Right means the right to the holders ofCommon Stock” issued pursuant to the Plan to purchase from the Company one one-thousandth of a share of Series A Participating Convertible Preferred Stock, without par value, of the Company at a price of $150.00 per one one-thousandth of a Preferred Share, subject to adjustment in a “Change of Control”.
