Preferred Share Certificate definition

Preferred Share Certificate. Any Preferred Share represented by a physical certificate in definitive, fully registered, certificated form set forth in Exhibit A.
Preferred Share Certificate shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Articles.
Preferred Share Certificate has the meaning set forth in Section 2.11(b).

  • Such Holder and any assignee, by acceptance of the Preferred Share Certificate or evidence of Book-Entry issuance, as applicable, acknowledge and agree that, by reason of the provisions of Section 4(c)(i) following conversion or redemption of any of the Preferred Shares, the outstanding number of Preferred Shares represented by the Preferred Shares may be less than the number of Preferred Shares stated on the face of the Preferred Shares.

Preferred Share Certificate means a share certificate issued under the common seal of the Society in respect of a Preferred Share;";
