Preferred Option definition

Preferred Option means rights, options or warrants to subscribe for, purchase or otherwise acquire Preferred Stock or Preferred Convertible Securities.
Preferred Option shall have the meaning set forth in Clause 5.1.

More Definitions of Preferred Option

Preferred Option has the meaning given to it in clause 8.3(f). Proceeds means:
