Preferred Funding Source definition

Preferred Funding Source means a Funding Source that you select to fund a payment instead of using the Default Funding Sources.

  • If you select “Quick Pay” for your PayPal Mobile payments, you will not be able to select a Preferred Funding Source for your future PayPal Mobile payments made with Quick Pay.

  • Where you have insufficient Balance or have chosen a Preferred Funding Source you are also requesting us to obtain funds on your behalf from your applicable Funding Source and issue E-money to the Payment Account element of your Balance for your payment to be made.

  • Delay If there is a Merchant Processing Delay and you have a Balance at the time the merchant processes your payment and completes the transaction, PayPal will use your Balance instead of your Preferred Funding Source.

  • Funding Source means the entity indicated in the SCC.

The “Total Annual Fund Operating Expenses” and “Net Annual Fund Operating Expenses” will not match the Fund’s gross and net expense ratios reported in the Financial Highlights from the Fund’s financial statements, which reflect the operating expenses of the Fund and do not include Acquired Fund Fees and Expenses.

  • Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the holders of the majority of the class of securities issued in a Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” pursuant to the related Non-Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or their duly appointed representative; provided that if 50% or more of the class of securities issued in any Non-Lead Securitization designated as the “controlling class” or such other class(es) otherwise assigned the rights to exercise the rights of the “Controlling Noteholder” is held by the Mortgage Loan Borrower or an Affiliate of the Mortgage Loan Borrower, no person shall be entitled to exercise the rights of the related Non-Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative.

  • Lead Securitization Subordinate Class Representative means the “Controlling Class Representative” as defined in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement or such other analogous term used in the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

  • Affiliated Fund means, with respect to any specified Person, a private equity investment fund that is an Affiliate of such Person or that is advised by the same investment adviser as such Person or by an Affiliate of such investment adviser.

  • Debt Financing Sources means the Persons that have committed to provide, or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with, the Debt Financing (including the parties to any joinder agreements, credit agreements or other definitive agreements relating thereto) and their respective Affiliates and such Person’s (and their respective Affiliates’), officers, directors, employees, attorneys, advisors, agents and representatives involved in the Debt Financing and their successors and permitted assigns.

  • Affiliated Funds are any fund of Xxxx Xxxxxxx Trust (“JHVIT”), Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds II (“JHF II”) or Xxxx Xxxxxxx Funds III (“JHF III”), excluding the following funds of JHVIT: the Money Market Trust B, 500 Index Trust B, International Equity Index Trust B and Total Bond Market Trust B.

  • Financing Sources means the Persons (including the parties to the Commitment Letter) that have committed to provide or otherwise entered into agreements in connection with the Financing, or alternative financings in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, and any joinder agreements, indentures or credit agreements entered into pursuant thereto or relating thereto together with their Affiliates, officers, directors, employees and representatives involved in the Financing and their successors and assigns.

  • Residual Funding Facility means any funding arrangement with a financial institution or institutions or other lenders or purchasers under which advances are made to the Company or any Subsidiary based upon residual, subordinated or retained interests in Receivables Entities or any of their respective securities, debt instruments or other Indebtedness.

  • Preferred Proponent means the Proponent that is invited into negotiations in accordance with the evaluation process set out in this RFP;

  • Pooled Fund means any pooled fund established and maintained by the Partners as a pooled fund in accordance with the Regulations;

  • Cleared Funds means the proceeds of cheque deposits to your account, once the cheque is cleared, cash deposits and direct credits.
