Preferred Conversion Shares definition

Preferred Conversion Shares means the shares of Common Stock issuable upon conversion of the Preferred Shares.
Preferred Conversion Shares means shares of Series B-1 Preferred Stock issued or issuable upon conversion of Series B-2 Preferred Stock.
