In the procurement of goods through international competitive bidding, goods manufactured in the territory of Tajikistan may be granted a margin of preference in accordance with the following provisions, provided that the bidder shall have established to the satisfaction of Tajikistan and ADB that the domestic value added equals at least 20 percent of the ex-factory bid price of such goods.
